East Coast Junior Championship

Maximum of 144 competitors. A percentage of spots will be allocated to Nova Scotia, Prince Edward Island, Newfoundland, Western Quebec and Eastern United States junior golfers until three weeks prior to the commencement of the competition. Any unused spots at this time will automatically be reverted back to New Brunswick competitors.

This event is open to golfers who have not reached their nineteenth (19) birthday on or before August 8, 2008 

All players must be in possession of a RCGA Handicap card that has been properly attested prior to play.

Tee times will begin at 7:00am with three competitors per group, where possible. Groups will tee off in eight (8) minute intervals.

The first day tee-times will be made based on handicaps from low to high. Tee-times may be influenced based on competitors previous placing in provincial/state events. The defending champion will tee-off first if entered.
The second day tee-times will be in reverse order of first round scores.

The use of automotive transportation is not allowed.

36-hole stroke play championship. The event is played in 18-hole stipulated rounds over two consecutive days. The event is a Gross Championship.

The NBGA will provide prizes to a percentage of gross places.

The champion will be an invited guest of the New Brunswick Golf Association at the Association's Annual Awards dinner scheduled for the Memramcook Institute on October 25th, 2008.
