| 1. Field Size | Maximum of 120 competitors. |
| 2. Eligibility | This event is open to male & female golfers who have not reached their fifteenth (15) birthday on or before midnight August 8, 2008. |
| 3. Tee-Times/Draw Information | Tee times will begin at 7:30 am with groups going out in threesomes. Where possible, competitors will all tee-off hole number 1. Tee-times will be in 9 minute intervals. |
| 4. Automotive Transportation | The use of automotive transportation is not permitted. |
| 5. Format | 36-hole stroke play championship. The event is played in 18-hole stipulated rounds over two consecutive days. |
| 6. Prizes | To be determined. The Bantam & Midget champions for the event will be invited guests of the New Brunswick Golf Association at the Association's Annual Awards dinner scheduled for the Memramcook Institute on October 28th, 2008.

| 7. Atlantic Team - Male (NEW) | The Midget champion, as selected from the Midget/Bantam championship, will automatically be named to represent the NBGA at the Atlantic Team Championships. The remaining 3 spots on the Midget Team, and the alternate spot, will be selected from the top 3 midget players after the 2 rounds of the Midget / Bantam and the first 2 rounds of the Junior / Juvenile Championships. Players must not have reached their fifteenth (15) birthday on or before August 8, 2008. NOTE: In order to be eligible for the Atlantic Midget Team, the player MUST play in the Bantam & Midget Championship. |
| 8. Divisions | Bantam: A player is a Bantam if they have not reached their twelfth (12) birthday on or before midnight; Male: August 8, 2008, Female: August 9, 2008. |
| 9. NB Junior | The top 15 (and ties) male competitors and top female competitor (either Bantam or Midget) from the Championship will earn the right to compete in the Austin Drisdelle Realty Ltd. Junior/Juvenile Championship. The Midget/Bantam competitors attending the Junior/Juvenile will be treated as a "developmental team". |

| Practice Round | Players may play their practice round anytime the week prior to the championship by calling the pro-shop at 858-1611. It can also be played after 11:30 on the weekend. Please call the pro-shop for a reservation - You must indicate that it is a practice round when booking with the pro shop.
